TG Therapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

(NASDAQ: TGTX), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing medicines for patients with B-cell mediated diseases (“TG Therapeutics”), today announced that it intends to offer and sell 6,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. TG Therapeutics intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering.
