TELESTE OYJ:N OSAKEPOHJAINEN KANNUSTINJÄRJESTELMÄ 2015 – SUUNNATTU OSAKEANTITeleste Oyj:n hallitus on 22.4.2020 päättänyt suunnatusta maksuttomasta osakeannista Teleste-konsernin osakepohjaisen kannustinjärjestelmän 2015 ansaintajakson 2017-2019 palkkion maksamiseksi. Ansaintajakson käynnistämisestä ja sen keskeisistä ehdoista on kerrottu 9.2.2017 julkaistussa pörssitiedotteessa.Osakeannissa on luovutettu 22 402 yhtiön hallussa olevaa Teleste Oyj:n osaketta vastikkeetta osakepohjaiseen kannustinjärjestelmään kuuluville avainhenkilöille järjestelmän ehtojen mukaisesti.Osakkeiden luovuttaminen suunnatulla maksuttomalla osakeannilla perustuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen 22.4.2020 hallitukselle antamaan valtuutukseen.23.4.2020 tapahtuneen luovutuksen jälkeen yhtiön hallussa on 776 419 omaa osaketta.
