Teavitus saneerimiskava kinnitava kohtumääruse jõustumise ning seotud isikuga sõlmitud tehingu kohta

 Aktsiaselts BALTIKA (edaspidi „Baltika“) on teavitanud avalikkust börsiteadete vahendusel Baltika suhtes toimuvast saneerimismenetlusest ja Baltika saneerimiskava kinnitamisest kohtu poolt.Eelnevaga seoses annab Baltika teada, et Baltika sai 27.08.2020. a pärastlõunal teavituse, et saneerimiskava kinnitav kohtumäärus jõustus 26.08.2020. a.Baltika tänab siiralt kõiki oma võlausaldajaid ja teisi koostööpartnereid mõistva suhtumise eest raskel ajal, millise toetuse abil on õnnestumas jätkata ettevõtte tegevuse ning arenguga.Täiendavalt teavitab Baltika käesolevaga investoreid, et Baltika ja selle tütarettevõtted (edaspidi „Baltika Grupp“), AS Kawe ning selle tütarettevõtted (edaspidi „Kawe Grupp“ ning Baltika aktsionär KJK Fund SICAV-SIF’iga läbi selle valdusettevõte (edaspidi „KJK“) on sõlminud lepingu, mille alusel omandas KJK Kawe Group’ilt teatud nende nõuded Baltika Grupi vastu. Nõuete omandamise raames nõuete sisu ei muudetud ning ainsa muutusena Baltika Grupi jaoks on nüüdsest kohustus Kawe Grupi ühingute asemel KJK vastu. Baltika  hinnangul ei too nimetatud tehing kaasa mõju Baltika kasumile, varadele ja kohustustele.Kuna KJK Fund SICAV-SIF omab Baltikas olulist osalust ning KJK Fund SICAV-SIF juhatuse liikmed Lauri Kustaa Äimä ja Jaakko Sakari Mikael Salmelin on Baltika nõukogu liikmed, kvalifitseerub ülalpool nimetatud tehing tehinguks seotud isikutega Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi reglemendi mõistes.
