The Notes are unsecured and bear an interest rate of 4.75% per year, payable quarterly and will mature on December 31, 2024, and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time or from time to time at the Company’s option plus a premium, if applicable.The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Notes to pay down debt, to repurchase Company shares of stock, for capital expenditures and acquisitions, for working capital, to pay fees and expenses in connection with the issuance or general corporate purposes.The Notes were not and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.About TCG BDC, Inc.
