Hallitus täydentää ehdotuksiaan yhtiökokoukselle koskien hallituksen jäsenten lukumäärää ja jäsenten valintaa.Täydennetyt ehdotukset:13. Hallituksen jäsenten lukumäärästä päättäminenHallitus ehdottaa, että hallitukseen valitaan viisi (5) jäsentä.14.
