Talen Reports PJM Auction Results for 2025/2026 Planning Year
HOUSTON, July 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Talen Energy Corporation (“Talen”) (NASDAQ: TLN) today reported its results from the PJM Base Residual Auction for the 2025/2026 planning year. Talen cleared a total of 6,820 megawatts at a clearing price of $269.92 per megawatt-day across the MAAC, PPL and PSEG Locational Deliverability Areas, equating to approximately $670 million in capacity revenues for the 2025/2026 planning year. The planning year runs from June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
