TAALERI OYJ       PÖRSSITIEDOTE                3.3.2021 KLO 13.00Taalerin toimintakertomus ja tilinpäätös vuodelta 2020 on julkaistuTaalerin toimintakertomus ja tilinpäätös vuodelta 2020 on julkaistu tänään. Tilinpäätös sisältää konsernitilinpäätöksen, emoyhtiön tilinpäätöksen ja tilintarkastuskertomuksen. Lisäksi yhtiö on julkaissut tänään erillisen selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä vuodelta 2020.Taaleri julkaisee tilinpäätöksen ensimmäistä kertaa European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) raportointivaatimusten mukaisena xHTML-tiedostona. ESEF-vaatimusten mukaisesti konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. XBRL-merkinnät eivät ole kuuluneet tilintarkastuksen piiriin, mutta tilintarkastusyhteisö Ernst & Young on toimittanut riippumattoman, kohtuullisen varmuuden antavan varmennusraportin Taalerin laatimasta ESEF-tilinpäätöksestä.
