TAALERI OYJ PÖRSSITIEDOTE 10.9.2020 KLO 10:00          Taaleri Oyj:n osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunnan kokoonpano on:
Pertti Laine, Veikko Laine Oy:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja, nimeäjä Veikko Laine OyPeter Fagernäs, Oy Hermitage Ab:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja, nimeäjä Oy Hermitage AbJuhani Elomaa, Taaleri Oyj:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja, nimeäjä Juhani ElomaaOsakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunta valitsi kokouksessaan 10.9.2020 puheenjohtajakseen Peter Fagernäsin.Nimitystoimikunnan päätehtävänä on valmistella ja esitellä varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle ja tarvittaessa ylimääräiselle yhtiökokoukselle hallituksen jäsenten valintaa ja palkitsemisesta koskevat ehdotukset sekä kartoittaa hallituksen jäsenten seuraajaehdokkaita.
