         Syyttäjä nostanut syytteen epäillystä arvopaperimarkkinarikoksesta Orionin hallituksen jäsentä vastaan – epäilty rikos ei liity OrioniinPörssin sääntöjen mukaisesti Orion Oyj julkistaa seuraavan tiedon:Orion Oyj:n tietoon on tullut, että sen hallituksen jäsentä Ari Lehtorantaa vastaan on nostettu syyte epäillystä arvopaperimarkkinoita koskevasta tiedottamisrikoksesta. Orionin tiedon mukaan asia liittyy Lehtorannan toimintaan Nokian Renkaat Oyj:n toimitusjohtajana vuosina 2015-2016. Orionin tiedon mukaan Lehtoranta on kiistänyt syyllistyneensä rikokseen.Epäilty rikos ei liity Orioniin eikä Orion kommentoi asiaa.Orion Oyj
