Sun Communities, Inc. Declares Fourth Quarter 2019 Dividend


Southfield, MI, Nov. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —  Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE:SUI) (the “Company”), a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that owns and operates or has an interest in manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities, today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly distribution of $0.75 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2019. The distribution is payable January 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2019. 
As of December 13, 2019, the Company will convert all outstanding shares of its 6.50% Series A-4 Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock and all outstanding Series A-4 preferred OP units issued by its operating partnership into shares of common stock and common OP units, respectively.
