(“Summit”) (NASDAQ: SMMF) announces its Board of Directors recently declared a third quarter 2023 dividend of $0.22 per share payable on September 29, 2023 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2023, representing a 10 percent increase compared to $0.20 paid in Q2 2023.
