Styrelsen i Klövern justerar förslaget till utdelning avseende räkenskapsåret 2019

Till följd av den osäkerhet om konjunkturutvecklingen som spridningen av coronaviruset medför har styrelsen i Klövern beslutat att justera förslaget till utdelning enligt följande: Styrelsen föreslår till årsstämman, för räkenskapsåret 2019, en utdelning om totalt 0,26 kr (0,46) per stamaktie att utbetalas vid två tillfällen om vardera 0,13 kr och en utdelning om totalt 20,00 kr (20,00) per preferensaktie att utbetalas vid fyra tillfällen om vardera 5,00 kr. Avstämningsdagar för utdelning på stamaktier föreslås vara 30 december 2020 och 31 mars 2021. Avstämningsdagar för utdelning på preferensaktier föreslås vara 30 juni 2020, 30 september 2020, 30 december 2020 och 31 mars 2021.Det tidigare förslaget, vilket kommunicerades i bokslutskommunikén 2019 som publicerades 12 februari 2020, var följande: Styrelsen föreslår till årsstämman, för räkenskapsåret 2019, en utdelning om totalt 0,50 kr (0,46) per stamaktie att utbetalas vid fyra tillfällen om 0,12 kr, 0,12 kr, 0,13 kr respektive 0,13 kr och en utdelning om 20,00 kr (20,00) per preferensaktie att utbetalas vid fyra tillfällen om vardera 5,00 kr.
