Streamline Health® Expands Credit Facility with Bridge Bank

(NASDAQ: STRM), provider of the eValuator Revenue Integrity Program to help healthcare providers proactively address revenue leakage and compliance exposure, today announced it has expanded its existing relationship with Bridge Bank on its credit facility.
A key element of the expansion is the transition to a “recurring revenue line of credit” in which Streamline has increased its total capacity to $3 million and improved its total pricing of the credit facility. The new credit facility has a two-year term, during which Streamline may borrow based upon three months trailing recurring revenue. The financial covenants will be recurring revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, which are targeted based upon Streamline’s annual plan as approved by the Board of Directors.Streamline Health is leading an industry movement to enable every hospital in the country to use pre-bill technology to improve financial performance.
