Strategische Akquisition des Unternehmens Eisenmann Intec in DeutschlandParis, 23. Dezember 2019 – EXEL Industries hat einen Vertrag über den Erwerb von 100 % des deutschen Unternehmens Eisenmann Intec GmbH & Co KG unterzeichnet. Diese Vereinbarung steht unter dem Vorbehalt der Entscheidung der deutschen Kartellbehörde .Intec wird von Sames Kremlin, der Tochtergesellschaft von EXEL Industries übernommen, die auf hochviskose Farben und Produkte spezialisiert ist. Der Standort von Intec in Erftstadt bei Köln bleibt mit der gesamten Belegschaft im In- und Ausland erhalten.EXEL Industries bietet Produkte für den landwirtschaftliche, industrielle und Endverbrauchermärkte an und setzt seine Entwicklung insbesondere in den Industriemärkten im Ausland fort.Yves Belegaud, Geschäftsführer der EXEL Industries Group, kommentiert diese neue Akquisition:„Wir freuen uns,  Intec in unserer Gruppe willkommen zu heißen.
