(NYSE: STON) (“StoneMor” or the “Partnership”) a leading owner and operator of cemeteries and funeral homes, today announced that StoneMor GP LLC’s (“GP”) Registration Statement on Form S-4, relating to the previously announced conversion of GP from a Delaware limited liability company into a Delaware corporation to be named StoneMor Inc.
