Stockwik ändrar antalet aktier och röster

Stockwik Förvaltning AB (publ) har under juli 2020 registrerat 494.772 nya aktier hos Bolagsverket samt i bolagets aktiebok med anledning av tilldelning i företrädes- och övertilldelningsemissionen som extra bolagsstämman den 3 juni 2020 fattade beslut om innebärande en ökning av Stockwiks aktiekapital med 247.386,02 kronor. Genom företrädesemissionen ökade antalet aktier med 430.237 stycken samt att aktiekapitalet ökade med 215.118,51 kronor. Genom övertilldelningsemissionen ökade antalet aktier med 64.535 stycken samt att aktiekapitalet ökade med 32.267,51 kronor.
Före registreringen uppgick Stockwiks aktiekapital till 2.151.189,523 kronor fördelat på 4.302.379 aktier. Varje aktie hade ett kvotvärde om 0,5 kronor och medförde en röst.Per den 31 juli 2020 uppgår Stockwiks aktiekapital till 2.398.575,543 kronor fördelat på totalt 4.797.151 aktier.
