Spar Nord udsteder hybrid kernekapitalSom et led i det løbende arbejde med bankens kapitalstruktur har Spar Nord  i dag indgået aftaler med institutionelle investorer om udstedelse af hybrid kernekapital (AT1) for i alt DKK 330 mio.Den udstedte AT1 vil have uendelig løbetid med mulighed for Spar Nord for førtidsindfrielse efter 5 år.Obligationerne udstedes med valør 15. april 2020, og vil indtil 15. april 2025 være forrentet med 6,00 % p.a. (fast rente).Lånet vil have en trigger på 5 1/8 %, hvilket betyder at lånet nedskrives, hvis Spar Nords egentlige kernekapitalprocent (CET1) kommer under denne grænse.
