Soprano Oyj pörssitiedote 22.7.2020 klo 13.20Soprano Oyj:n ylimääräinen yhtiökokous vahvisti hallituksen jäsenmääräksi viisi (5). Ylimääräinen yhtiökokous päätyi yksimielisesti valitsemaan hallituksen jäseniksi Harri Koposen, Jarmo R. Lehtisen, Satu Mehtälän, Arto Tenhusen ja Jorma Wiitakorven. Kokouksen jälkeen pitämässään järjestäytymiskokouksessa hallitus valitsi puheenjohtajaksi Satu Mehtälän.
