Solvac nv: Totaal dividend 2019 gestegen met 4,2 %

Brussel, 12 december 2019 om 18.00 uurDe Raad van Bestuur van Solvac nv heeft besloten een tweede dividendvoorschot uit te betalen. Onder voorbehoud van goedkeuring door de Algemene Vergadering van 12 mei 2020, zal dit dividendvoorschot gelden als dividendsaldo voor het boekjaar 2019.Dit tweede dividendvoorschot zal op 27 december 2019 worden uitbetaald en bedraagt € 2,31 bruto per aandeel.Rekening houdend met het eerste dividendvoorschot dat werd aangekondigd in juli, bedraagt het totale dividend voor het boekjaar 2019 € 5,44 bruto per aandeel, een stijging van 4,2 % in vergelijking met 2018.Het dividend van Solvay nv kende een groei van 4,2 % in 2019 vergeleken met 2018 (bruto dividend per Solvay aandeel € 3,75 ten opzichte van € 3,60).De aandelen zullen op de beurs vanaf 16 december 2019 “ex-dividend” worden verhandeld.  Kalender dividenden 202017 augustus 2020                      : uitkering eerste interimdividend over het boekjaar 202029 december 2020                    : uitkering tweede interimdividend over het boekjaar 2020Solvac is een naamloze vennootschap naar Belgisch recht opgericht in 1983 en genoteerd op Euronext Brussels onder de  ISIN-code BE0003545531 (SOLV). Het vermogen bestaat uitsluitend uit een participatie van meer dan 30% in het kapitaal van Solvay nv. Zijn aandelen zijn exclusief op naam. Zij kunnen vrij worden gehouden door natuurlijke personen of, onder goedkeuring van de Raad van Bestuur, door rechtspersonen of gelijkgesteld, aan de voorwaarden die zijn vastgesteld in haar goedkeuringsbeleid.
