Sista dag för handel i BTA

Hoylu AB (”Hoylu” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelar att nyemissionen med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare (”Företrädesemissionen”) har registrerats på Bolagsverket. Sista dag för handel med betalda tecknade aktier (”BTA”) är onsdagen den 5 augusti 2020.Företrädesemissionen som tillförde Hoylu cirka 11 MSEK kronor före emissionskostnader har nu registrerats hos Bolagsverket. Sista dag för handel med Hoylus BTA är onsdagen den 5 augusti 2020. Stoppdagen för BTA hos Euroclear är fredagen den 7 augusti och aktier beräknas finnas på VP-konto/depå den tisdagen den 11 augusti.För mer information kontakta:
