Sirios appoints Mr. Luc Cloutier as Chairman of the Board

(TSX-V: SOI) announces the nomination of Director Luc Cloutier as Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Mr. Gilles Dupuis who left the Board of Directors for personal reasons.
