Sinch AB (publ), en ledande global leverantör av molntjänster för kundinteraktion via mobilen, har idag framgångsrikt emitterat ett seniort, icke-säkerställt obligationslån till ett värde av 750 miljoner SEK. Obligationslånet har en löptid på 5 år och en rörlig 3 månaders-ränta på STIBOR plus 250 bps.
