Silvaco Announces that The Ninth Circuit affirmed the dismissal of all claims against Silvaco brought by Aldini AG

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Silvaco Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVCO) (“Silvaco”), a provider of TCAD, EDA software and SIP solutions that enable semiconductor design and digital twin modeling through AI software and innovation, today announced that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit affirmed the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California’s dismissal of all claims against Silvaco brought by Aldini AG.
