16.4.2020 klo 16.05 Coronaria Oy (”Coronaria”) omistaa yli yhdeksän kymmenesosaa (9/10) kaikista Silmäaseman osakkeista ja äänistä ja on käynnistänyt osakeyhtiölain 18 luvun mukaisen lunastusmenettelyn lunastaakseen loput vähemmistöosakkeenomistajien hallussa olevat Silmäaseman osakkeet.Edellyttäen, että lunastusmenettelyä varten nimetty välimiesoikeus vahvistaa Coronarian lunastusoikeuden olevan selvä, Coronarialla on oikeus saada omistukseensa kaikki Silmäaseman osakkeet asettamalla lunastushinnan maksamisesta välimiesoikeuden hyväksymä vakuus.Silmäasema tulee tänään jättämään Nasdaq Helsingille pörssilistalta poistamista koskevan hakemuksen. Hakemuksessa pyydetään, että Silmäaseman osakkeiden noteeraus Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalla päättyy mahdollisimman pian sen jälkeen, kun Coronaria on saanut lunastusmenettelyssä omistusoikeuden kaikkiin Silmäaseman osakkeisiin.
