Share Buyback Transaction Details November 14 – 20, 2019November 21, 2019 – Wolters Kluwer today reports that it has repurchased 326,172 of its own ordinary shares in the period from November 14, 2019, up to and including November 20, 2019, for €21.1 million and at an average share price of €64.54.These repurchases are part of the share buyback program originally announced on February 20, 2019, under which we intended to repurchase shares for up to €250 million during 2019.
