af Forretningsaktiviteter i Vietnam

Under henvisning til selskabsmeddelelse nr. 4/2020 udsendt af Erria A/S (”Erria”) pr. 8. juni 2020 angående Errias overtagelse af forretningsaktiviteterne i det vietnamesiske selskab Mermaid Maritime Vietnam JSC (”Mermaid”), kan Erria oplyse, at implementeringen af forretningsaktiviteterne skrider frem.  Selve overtagelsesdatoen må dog forventes at finde sted i første eller andet kvartal af 2021 pga. forsinkelser i myndighedernes behandling af dokumentationen vedr. overtagelsen. 
Forsinkelsen skyldes særligt bl.a. den lokale COVID19-situation samt omfattende og tidskrævende udarbejdelse og indlevering af relevant dokumentation til myndighederne, der af Errias juridiske rådgivere ikke vurderes usædvanlige i denne type transaktioner.
Forsinkelsen vil ikke påvirke Errias forventede resultater for 2020.
