Nordic Shipholding A/S afholdt i dag, torsdag den 4. juni 2020, ordinær generalforsamling med dagsorden i henhold til indkaldelse af 5. maj 2020, hvor følgende punkter blev behandlet:Bestyrelsens beretning for regnskabsåret 2019 blev taget til efterretning.Årsrapporten for 2019 blev godkendt.Der blev meddelt decharge til selskabets bestyrelse og direktion.Bestyrelsens forslag om resultatdisponering blev godkendt.Bestyrelsens vederlag for 2020 blev godkendt.Efter bestyrelsens forslag blev Knud Pontoppidan, Jon Lewis, Kanak Kapur, Esben Poulsson, Jens V. Mathiasen og Philip Clausius genvalgt som medlemmer af bestyrelsen.PricewaterhouseCoopers Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab blev genvalgt som selskabets revisor.Bestyrelsens forslag til revideret vederlagspolitik blev godkendt.På et efterfølgende bestyrelsesmøde konstituerede bestyrelsen sig med Knud Pontoppidan som formand og Jon Lewis som næstformand.For yderligere oplysninger henvises til dagsordenen med de fuldstændige forslag i vedhæftede bilag.Med venlig hilsenNordic Shipholding A/S
