Sbanken ASA: Vurderer utstedelse av nytt fondsobligasjonslån og ansvarlig lån

Sbanken ASA har engasjert SpareBank 1 Markets og Swedbank for mulig utstedelse av et nytt fondsobligasjonslån på NOK 100 millioner og et nytt ansvarlig lån på NOK 150 millioner.Fondsobligasjonslånet vil være evigvarende og ha første innfrielsesrett 5 år etter emisjonsdato. Det ansvarlige lånet vil ha en løpetid på 10 år med første innfrielsesrett 5 år etter emisjonsdato. Begge lånene vil ha flytende rente.Sbanken vil i forbindelse med transaksjonene vurdere tilbakekjøp, helt eller delvis, av det utestående fondsobligasjonslånet NO0010746456 (SBANK03 PRO) og det utestående ansvarlige lånet NO0010746464 (SBANK04 PRO). Gjenværende utestående i SBANK03 PRO er NOK 283,7 millioner og i SBANK04 PRO NOK 141 millioner.Styret i Sbanken ASA har godkjent låneopptakene og eventuelle tilbakekjøp. Godkjennelse fra generalforsamlingen i banken ble gitt 24. april 2020.Kontaktperson:
