Yhtiötiedote, Sisäpiiritieto            18.9.2020 klo 12.15 (CEST)Savosolar päätti suunnatusta maksuttomasta osakeannista hallituksen jäsenilleSavosolar Oyj:n (”Savosolar”) hallitus on osana hallituksen jäsenten palkkiojärjestelyjä päättänyt suunnatun osakeannin järjestämisestä 27.4.2020 pidetyn varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen tekemän päätöksen mukaisesti.Yhtiön 27.4.2020 pidetty varsinainen yhtiökokous päätti, että hallituksen jäsenille maksetaan yhtiökokouksen päättyessä alkavalta ja valintaa seuraavan varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen päättyessä päättyvältä toimikaudelta seuraavat palkkiot: hallituksen puheenjohtajalle 21.600 euroa ja muille hallituksen jäsenille kullekin 10.800 euroa. Noin 40 % hallituksen jäsenille maksettavista palkkioista maksetaan hallituksen osakeantivaltuutuksen perusteella antamalla hallituksen jäsenille yhtiön uusia osakkeita ja noin 60 % rahana. Rahaosuus palkkiosta maksetaan 12 erässä kuukausittain siltä osin kuin se ylittää palkkiosta suoritettavan ennakonpidätyksen määrän. Palkkiosta osakkeina maksettava osakemäärä määritetään yhtiön osakkeen First North Growth Market Finlandissa määräytyneen osakkeen arvon perusteella seuraavasti: osakkeen arvona käytetään osakkeen kaupankäyntimäärällä painotettua keskikurssia Savosolar Oyj:n puolivuosikatsauksen 1.1.-30.6.2020 julkaisupäivää seuraavan kahden (2) viikon ajalta.Yhtiö laskee liikkeelle yhteensä 110.766 uutta osaketta, jotka tarjottiin merkittäväksi hallituksen jäsenille vastikkeetta. Hallituksen puheenjohtaja merkitsi 44.307 uutta osaketta ja muut hallituksen jäsenet kukin 22.153 uutta osaketta. Osakkeiden määrää laskettaessa osakekohtaisena arvona on käytetty yhtiön osakkeen kaupankäyntimäärällä painotettua keskikurssia First North Growth Market Finlandissa 27.8.-9.9.2020, eli 0,195 euroa.SAVOSOLAR OYJLisätietoja:
