Dans le contexte de l’épidémie du Covid-19 et conformément aux dispositions de l’ordonnance n° 2020-321 du 25 mars 2020 et du décret n°2020-418 du 10 avril 2020, tels que modifiés et prorogés, la société a informé ses actionnaires que son Assemblée Générale Mixte Ordinaire et Extraordinaire convoquée le 22 avril 2021 à 10 heures 30 heures se tiendrait hors la présence des actionnaires et des autres personnes ayant le droit d’y assister, que ce soit physiquement ou par conférence téléphonique ou audiovisuelle.

Le Conseil d’Administration en date de ce jour a décidé que le bureau sera composé comme suit :

  • Monsieur Alex Bongrain, Président du Conseil d’administration, Président de l’Assemblée,
  • Monsieur Jérôme Coutant, Secrétaire Général du Groupe, représentant la société Savencia Holding SCA et Monsieur Pascal Rodillon, Président du Conseil de surveillance du Fonds Commun de Placement d’Entreprises, Scrutateurs (choisis parmi les 10 actionnaires disposant du plus grand nombre de droits de vote dont la société a connaissance à la date de la convocation et qui ont accepté),
  • Monsieur Thierry Favier, Directeur Juridique, Secrétaire de l’Assemblée.
