Essener tarjoaa viisi erilaista digitaalista ja painettua oppimateriaalia yhteiskuntaoppiin, joka on pakollinen oppiaine toisen asteen koulutuksessa Hollannissa. Vuonna 2018 Essenerin liikevaihto oli 3 milj. euroa.Essenerin tuotevalikoima täydentää Sanoman nykyistä, toisen asteen koulutuksen tuotetarjoomaa Hollannissa. Sanoman hollantilaisen tytäryhtiön Malmbergin ja Essenerin yhtenäisestä digitaalisesta tarjoomasta hyötyvät niin opettajat, oppilaat kuin koulutkin. Lisäksi yhtiöiden yhdistyminen tukee uuden oppimateriaalin lanseeraamista ammatillisessa koulutuksessa pakollisiin kansalaisuusopintoihin vuonna 2020.Essener raportoidaan osana Sanoma Learning -liiketoimintasegmenttiä.Lisätietoja
