(“Wildflower”) (CSE:SUN).Under the Agreement, Wildflower will license its brand and intellectual property to Rubicon Organics for the production of Wildflower-branded CBD Relief Sticks and CBD Cool Sticks in Canada (collectively “Wildflower Products”).
