Venclexta®/Venclyxto® (venetoclax) in combination with azacitidine, a hypomethylating agent, showed a statistically significant improvement in overall survival in people with previously untreated acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) who were ineligible for intensive induction chemotherapy, compared to azacitidine alone.
