ROBIT OYJ:N RAHOITUSSOPIMUS UUDISTETTURobit Oyj on sopinut päärahoittajapankkinsa kanssa 24,5 MEUR lainojensa uudelleenjärjestelyistä.Uuden sopimuksen mukaan yhtiön vuosina 2020 ja 2021 erääntyvien nykyisten lainojen (yhteensä noin 17,0 miljoonaa euroa) osalta lainojen takaisinmaksua lykätään vuodella eteenpäin, jolloin lainat erääntyvät 30.6.2022.Yhtiön lyhennettävän lainan (noin 7,5 miljoonaa euroa) lyhennyksiä siirretään siten, että ensimmäinen 2,0 miljoonan euron suuruinen lyhennys erääntyy 31.12.2020. Tämän jälkeen 2,0 miljoonan euron suuruiset lyhennykset erääntyvät puolivuosittain, jolloin viimeinen 1,5 miljoonan euron suuruinen lyhennys erääntyy 30.6.2022.Rahoittaja on myöntänyt Robit Oyj:lle erillisen suostumuksen (waiver), mikäli kovenantti rikkoutuisi 30.6.2020.Yhtiö on tyytyväinen ratkaisuun nykyisessä, vaikeasti ennustettavassa markkinatilanteessa. Tällä järjestelyllä yhtiö varmistaa omaa kassavalmiuttaan.Robit Oyj julkaisee vuoden 2020 puolivuosikatsauksen torstaina 6.8.2020 klo 11.00.ROBIT OYJ
