ROBIT OYJ        LEHDISTÖTIEDOTE        21.8.2020 KLO 15.00ROBIT FINLAND OY:N YLEMPIÄ TOIMIHENKILÖITÄ KOSKENEET YT-NEUVOTTELUT OVAT PÄÄTTYNEETRobit Finland Oy:n ylempiä toimihenkilöitä koskeneet yhteistoimintaneuvottelut päättyivät torstaina 20.8.2020. Yhtiö tiedotti neuvottelujen alkamisesta lehdistötiedotteella 4.8.2020.Neuvottelut koskivat kaikkia Robit Finland Oy:n ylempien toimihenkilöiden henkilöstöryhmään kuuluvia työntekijöitä. Arvioitu vähentämistarve oli enintään viisi henkilöä.Neuvottelujen tuloksena yhtiö päätti irtisanoa neljä henkilöä yhtiön nykytilanne sekä tulevaisuuden liiketoiminnan tarpeet ja tavoitteet huomioiden. Irtisanomisten kohteena olevat henkilöt on vapautettu työvelvoitteistaan.Yhteistoimintaneuvottelujen tarkoituksena oli yrityksen kannattavuuden sekä kassavirran varmistaminen ja vahvistaminen pitkällä aikavälillä.ROBIT OYJ
