Reykjavíkurborg – Útboð RVKN 35 1

Reykjavíkurborg hefur ákveðið, í samræmi við útgáfuáætlun 2020, að efna til útboðs á skuldabréfaflokknum RVKN 35 1 miðvikudaginn 27. maí. Heimild til lántöku á árinu 2020 er 6.000 m.kr. Búið er að taka lán á árinu 2020 fyrir 3.214 m.kr. og er því ónýtt heimild 2.786 m.kr.RVKN 35 1 ber fasta óverðtryggða vexti og greiðir jafnar afborganir á sex mánaða fresti með lokagjalddaga 26. mars 2035. Heildarstærð RVKN 35 1 fyrir þetta útboð nemur alls 10.770 m.kr. að nafnvirði.Útboðið verður með hollenskri aðferð, þar sem öll skuldabréf verða seld á hæstu ávöxtunarkröfu sem tekið verður. Reykjavíkurborg áskilur sér rétt til að ákvarða fjárhæð útboðsins, taka hvaða tilboði sem er að hluta eða í heild eða hafna öllum. Niðurstöður útboðsins verða birtar opinberlega eigi síðar en næsta virka dag eftir útboð.Áætlaður uppgjörsdagur er þriðjudagurinn 2. júní.Fossar markaðir hafa umsjón með útgáfu og sölu skuldabréfanna sem og töku þeirra til viðskipta.
