Shareholders and proxyholders may access the Meeting via teleconference by dialing 1-855-327-6838 from Canada or the United States. Due to the high turnout on Monday April 12, 2021, shareholders are encouraged to call into the Meeting at 10:45 a.m. E.D.T. The Meeting will commence promptly at 11:00 a.m.
