Résultats des Assemblées Générales 2020Bruxelles, le 12 mai 2020 — Solvay a tenu aujourd’hui ses assemblées générales virtuellement.
Les actionnaires ont voté en faveur de toutes les résolutions proposées. Plus précisément, ils ont approuvé le paiement d’un dividende brut de 3,75 € par action pour l’année 2019. Après déduction de l’acompte sur dividende de 1,50 € brut par action, versé en janvier 2020, le solde s’élève à 2,25 € brut par action, payable le 20 mai 2020.Lors de l’assemblée générale ordinaire, les actionnaires ont également approuvé l’élection d’Aude Thibaut de Maisières en tant qu’administrateur indépendant, en remplacement de Jean-Marie Solvay.L’assemblée générale extraordinaire a octroyé certaines autorisations au Conseil d’Administration et a adapté les statuts de la société compte tenu du nouveau Code des Sociétés et des Associations (CSA).Les détails des résolutions et des résultats de vote ainsi qu’une retransmission des assemblées générales sont disponibles sur le site web de Solvay, dans la section Investisseurs.Pièce jointe20200512 – résolutions AGM
