                                                                                   COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSEParis, le 27 août 2020Le Groupe Ramsay Health Care (ASX : RHC) publie aujourd’hui ses comptes annuels consolidés à fin juin 2020, basés, pour la contribution des activités européennes, sur des comptes de gestion de Ramsay Santé.Ramsay Santé ne publiera pas de comptes provisoires compte tenu des incidences de la crise Covid-19 sur son activité. Les comptes annuels seront soumis à l’arrêté du Conseil d’administration qui se réunira le 20 octobre 2020 et seront publiés immédiatement après. Ceux-ci pourraient être différents des comptes de gestion du fait, principalement, d’ajustements possibles sur les montants des garanties de financement dont bénéficie le groupe en France, des impacts de mesures de compensation des primes soignants et de la couverture des coûts attachés à la prise en charge de patients Covid dans ses établissements à travers l’Europe.Si le cadre réglementaire applicable à ces différentes mesures d’aide, mises en œuvre dans le cadre de la crise Covid-19, est finalisé, leurs modalités de calcul et leurs champs d’application font encore l’objet de travaux dont les conclusions sont attendues au cours de cet automne.Pièce jointeRésultats annuels 2020 RAMSAY HEALTH CARE
