VAL-D’OR, Québec, 28 nov. 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ressources Cartier Inc. (TSX-V: ECR) (la « Société ») annonce que le conseil d’administration de la Société a autorisé, le 27 novembre 2019, l’octroi d’un total de 1 450 000 options d’achat d’actions aux administrateurs et dirigeants et à un employé de la Société. En conformité avec le régime d’options d’achat d’actions, chacune des options octroyées permettra au détenteur de souscrire à une action ordinaire de la société au prix de 0,125 $ l’action jusqu’au plus tard le 26 novembre 2024.Contact :
