REITIR: Boðað til hluthafafundar 22. september 2020 vegna hlutafjáraukningar.

Stjórn Reita fasteignafélags hf. hefur ákveðið að boða til hluthafafundar þann 22. september 2020 þar sem meðal annars verður lögð fram tillaga um veitingu heimildar til stjórnar félagsins til að hækka hlutafé þess um allt að 200.000.000 hluti. Verður fundurinn haldinn í fundarsölum H og I á Hotel Hilton Reykjavik Nordica, Suðurlandsbraut 2 í Reykjavík.Gert er ráð fyrir að nýir hlutir verði boðnir hluthöfum félagsins í forgangsréttarútboði, og að því frágengnu verði þeir boðnir í almennu útboði. Óskað verður eftir að stjórn Reita fái heimild til að ákveða útboðsgengi hinna nýju hluta, fresti til áskriftar og greiðslu og sölureglur.Stjórn félagsins ákvað einnig á fundi sínum í dag að arðgreiðsla sú sem samþykkt var á aðalfundi félagsins þann 10. mars sl. verði greidd út þann 9. september næstkomandi, en henni var frestað um óákveðinn tíma sbr. tilkynningu þar um þann 17. mars sl.Drög að dagskrá fundarins:Tillaga stjórnar um heimild til hlutafjárhækkunar.Tillaga stjórnar um lækkun hlutafjár til jöfnunar á eigin hlutum.Önnur mál, löglega upp borin.Hjálagt er fundarboð og tillögur stjórnar.Nánari upplýsingar veitir:Guðjón Auðunsson, netfang gudjon@reitir.is, sími 660 3320ViðhengiTillögur stjórnar til hluthafafundar 22. september 2020Auglýsing hluthafafundar 22. september 2020
