Reglubundin tilkynning um kaup á eigin bréfum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun

Í viku 46 keypti Brim hf. 2.500.000 eigin hluti að kaupverði 101.225.000 kr. skv. sundurliðun hér á eftir:Viðskiptin eru samkvæmt endurkaupaáætlun félagsins sem tilkynnt var um í Kauphöll þann 26. september 2019.Brim átti 29.314.989 eigin hluti fyrir viðskiptin og eiga að þeim loknum 31.814.989 eigin hluti eða sem nemur 1,627% af útgefnum hlutum í félaginu.Þann 21.10.2019 var tillkynnt um að Brim hefði gert samning um kaup á tveimur sjávarútvegsfyrirtækjum, samkomulagið er háð venjulegum fyrirvörum þ.a.m. samþykki stjórnar. Hluti kaupverðsins verði greiddur með eigin bréfum að nafnverði 22.079.436 eða 1,13% af heildarhlutafé.Brim hefur keypt samtals 23.245.712 eigin hluti samkvæmt áætluninni eða sem nemur 1,19% af útgefnum hlutum í félaginu og nemur heildarkaupverð þeirra 904.004.194 kr. Endurkaup samkvæmt áætluninni munu nema að hámarki 50.000.000 hlutum eða sem nemur 2,56% af útgefnum hlutum í félaginu. Heildarkaupverð má þó ekki vera hærra en 1.900.000.000 kr. Endurkaupaáætlunin er í gildi fram að aðalfundi félagsins 2020, nema skilyrði um hámarkskaup verði uppfyllt fyrir þann tíma.Framkvæmd endurkaupaáætlunarinnar er í samræmi við lög um hlutafélög nr. 2/1995 og viðauka við reglugerð um innherjaupplýsingar og markaðssvik nr. 630/2005.Nánari upplýsingar veitir Guðmundur Kristjánsson, forstjóri
