NKT A/S (NKT eller Selskabet) har i forbindelse med den rettede emission og privatplacering dags dato foretaget registrering hos Erhvervsstyrelsen af kapitalforhøjelsen på nominelt DKK 99.022.120 (de Nye Aktier) (4.951.106 aktier à DKK 20), svarende til 18,15 % af den registrerede aktiekapital før kapitalforhøjelsen.De Nye Aktier forventes at blive optaget til handel og officiel notering på Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S i den permanente ISIN kode DK0010287663 med virkning fra den 18. maj 2020.Efter registrering af kapitalforhøjelsen vil aktiekapitalen i NKT være nominelt DKK 644.640.540 fordelt på 32.232.027 aktier à DKK 20.
