Announcement No. 12NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN OR SOUTH AFRICA OR IN ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH SUCH RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.Registration of share capital increase of 4,951,106 new shares completedNKT A/S (NKT or the Company) has in connection with the directed issue and private placement today registered with the Danish Business Authority the capital increase of a nominal value of DKK 99,022,120 (4,951,106 shares of DKK 20 each) (the New Shares), representing 18.15 % of the registered share capital prior to the capital increase.The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing under the permanent ISIN code DK0010287663 on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S with effect from 18 May 2020.After registration of the share capital increase, the share capital of NKT amounts to nominally DKK 644,640,540 divided into 32,232,027 shares of DKK 20 each.
