Regarding the termination of conditional share sale-purchase agreement and the end of negotiations

The total nominal value of issued bonds 600 000 000 EUR; ISIN codes XS1646530565; XS1853999313.As announced earlier, on the 2nd of November, 2018, Lietuvos Energija, UAB (now – Ignitis grupė), signed a conditional share sale-purchase agreement regarding 100 percent of shares and the shareholder claim rights of the wind farm project company in Poland.This wind farm project participated in Poland‘s auction for renewable energy projects but didn‘t win a guaranteed tariff, therefore it didn’t fulfill one of the main conditions of agreement and Lietuvos Energija, UAB (now – Ignitis grupė), terminated a conditional share-sale purchase agreement by mutual consent.After the termination of this agreement Ignitis grupė continued negotiations regarding the conditions for acquisition of the shares of the project but did not reach agreement.The Company notes that renewable energy projects in Lithuania and abroad are being implemented according to plan despite the termination of this agreement.Arturas Ketlerius, Head of Public Relations, mob. +370 620 76076, email. arturas.ketlerius@ignitis.lt
