Referat af ordinær generalforsamling for Jobindex A/S

Den ordinære generalforsamling i Jobindex A/S blev afholdt den 29. maj 2020 på selskabets kontor, Holger Danskes Vej 91, 2000 Frederiksberg. Alle bestyrelsens forslag blev vedtaget. Ole Timm, Charlotte Theisen, advokat Michael Vilhelm Nielsen og Christian Kurt Nielsen blev genvalgt til bestyrelsen. Beierholm, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab, blev også genvalgt. Referatet af generalforsamlingen er vedlagt. 
Direktør Kaare Danielsen aflagde på bestyrelsens vegne beretning om selskabets virksomhed i det forløbne år. 2019 var et godt år for Jobindex, men Corona-virussen har efterfølgende betydet et stort fald i antallet af jobannoncer. I starten af krisen oplevede Jobindex en halvering i antallet af betalte jobannoncer i forhold til det forventede niveau. Siden er jobmarkedet gået fremad, og antallet af betalte jobannoncer ligger nu på 70% af det forventede niveau. Men der er fortsat stor usikkerhed om jobmarkedet, og Jobindex har derfor fortsat suspenderet forventningerne for 2020. Beretningen blev enstemmigt taget til efterretning af generalforsamlingen.Regnskabet for 2019 udviser et overskud efter skat på 68,360 mio. kr. Bestyrelsen indstillede til generalforsamlingen, at selskabet på grund af usikkerheden, som Corona-virussen har medført, ikke gennemfører den planlagte udbyttebetaling på 75 kr. pr. aktie. Overskuddet på 68,360 mio. kr. plus overførsel af forrige års overskud overføres i stedet til næste år til reserve for nettoopskrivning efter indre værdis metode.
