Stämman, som leddes av styrelsens ordförande Carl Bennet, beslöt att:fastställa årsredovisningen för 2019bevilja styrelsens ledamöter och verkställande direktören ansvarsfrihet för verksamhetsåret 2019enligt styrelsens förslag i kallelsen fastställa att ingen utdelning för 2019 skulle delas ut,enligt förslaget i kallelsen för verksamhetsåret 2020 bevilja styrelsen arvode inklusive utskottsarbete om totalt 4 322 000 kronor att fördelas inom styrelsen såsom angivits i kallelsenenligt förslaget i kallelsen till styrelseledamöter för tiden intill dess att årsstämman 2021 hållits utse:

Caroline Sundewall (omval)enligt förslaget i kallelsen utse Carl Bennet till styrelsens ordförandegodkänna det i kallelsen lämnade förslaget till omval av revisionsfirman PricewaterhouseCoopers som revisorvalberedningen inför nästa årsstämma ska formeras och fullgöra uppgifter enligt förslaget i kallelsen, samtgodkänna styrelsens i kallelsen lämnade förslag till riktlinjer för ersättningar till ledande befattningshavare.I sitt anförande redogjorde koncernchefen Magnus Nilsson för koncernens verksamhet samt utveckling under första kvartalet 2020 samt vilka försiktighetsåtgärder som vidtagits med anledning av covid-19-pandemin. Den rådande situationen har även skapat nya affärsmöjligheter inom till exempel kundsegmentet Healthcare & Life Science, där Elanders bistår kunder i bland annat Nordamerika med upphandling av skyddsmaterial från Asien.Protokoll från stämman kommer att finnas tillgängligt på bolagets hemsida så snart det föreligger i justerat skick.Elanders AB (publ)
