Raisio Oyj: Raision muunnetut osakkeet

Raisio Oyj     Pörssitiedote 30.12.2019RAISION MUUNNETUT OSAKKEETRaisio Oyj:n hallitus on 12.12.2019 pitämässään kokouksessa päättänyt muuntaa 58.902 kantaosaketta (sarja K) vaihto-osakkeiksi (sarja V). Päätös on tänään 30.12.2019 merkitty kaupparekisteriin. Kyseinen vaihto-osakkeiden lisäerä otetaan kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n arvopaperipörssissä 2.1.2020 alkaen.Yhtiön kantaosakkeita on vuoden 2019 alusta lukien muunnettu vaihto-osakkeiksi yhteensä 336.202 kappaletta. Yhtiön liikkeeseen laskemien vaihto-osakkeiden määrä on nyt 133.694.062 kappaletta ja kantaosakkeiden määrä 31.454.968 kappaletta. Osakekanta tuottaa 762.793.422 ääntä.         Koska muuntaminen tapahtuu osakelajien kesken, ei se vaikuta yhtiön rekisteröityyn osakepääomaan, joka on edelleen 27.776.072 euroa ja jakaantuu 165.149.030 osakkeeseen.Muunnetuilla vaihto-osakkeilla on yhtäläiset oikeudet aiemmin liikkeeseen laskettujen vaihto-osakkeiden kanssa, joten ne tuottavat oikeuden lähinnä seuraavaksi jaettavaan voittoon ja muut osakasoikeudet tästä päivästä lähtien.Raisio OyjMika Saarinen
