Purpose Investments Inc. Announces Delay in Proposed Merger of Purpose Ether Staking Corp. Into Purpose Ether ETF
TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Purpose Investments Inc. (“Purpose”) today announced, further to its news release of September 22, 2025, that it will be delaying the merger of Purpose Ether Staking Corp. ETF into Purpose Ether ETF to a later date to be confirmed by Purpose. Purpose anticipates that the merger will be completed by early 2026.
