Den 10. marts 2021 træder Disclosure-forordningen i kraft. Forordningen er et sæt regler for, hvordan man skal oplyse om bæredygtighed, og har til formål at styrke beskyttelsen af slutinvestorer og give dem bedre bæredygtighedsrelaterede oplysninger.Værdipapirfonden BankInvest er omfattet af forordningen som finansielt produkt, og der skal således senest den 10. marts 2021 gives følgende oplysninger om de produkter, der markedsfører sociale og miljømæssige karakteristika (de såkaldte artikel 8-produkter):Oplysninger om, hvordan de pågældende karakteristika opfyldesHvis der er angivet et indeks som referencebenchmark, oplysninger om, hvorvidt og hvordan dette indeks er i overensstemmelse med de pågældende karakteristikaOplysningerne er indsat i et selvstændigt afsnit, ”Bæredygtighedskarakteristika”, i prospektet.Spørgsmål herom kan rettes til undertegnede på tlf. 77 30 90 00.
